The designers have delivered a creative golf course, and each hole offers a different feel from the next. There is an equal mix of traditional golf holes, quirky short par 4s, and spectacular ocean-side holes, making this course one of the most spectacular in the world.
Signature hole: The 13th is a long par-4 with its green at the edge of a huge natural bunker, so that second shots have to be played over the sand or safely around to the left. It’s a hole very reminiscent of Pine Valley in New Jersey, and indeed so is much of the inland terrain at Te Arai.
Stay at Te Arai Links in stunning accommodations designed by Studio John Iriving architects; futuristic and chic, the cedar design blends in with the beautiful sand-swept terrain of Te Arai Beach.
Experience Golf recommends including Te Arai in any of our Luxury Golf Vacations.
Te Arai Links is open to the public, but the golf has to be booked with accommodation.
